The two siblings who allegedly helped murder accused Sibusiso Zitha conceal the killing of “Pastry Princess” Thembekile Letlape will now become witnesses for the State in the case against him.
The Randburg Magistrate’s Court heard on Thursday that the charges against Nolwandle and Senzo Tenza had been withdrawn, and that they would now assist the prosecution.
Prosecutor Yusuf Baba told the court: “I’ve withdrawn the charges, and both accused will be State witnesses in a murder matter.”
