JOHANNESBURG – The South African National Taxi Council has welcomed the appointment of Barbara Creecy as transport minister.

On Sunday, President Cyril Ramaphosa announced her as the minister of transport and the IFP’s Mkhuleko Hlengwa as her deputy.
