1kg oats
About 1/4 cup honey (melted so it cannot pouring consistency)
About 1/4 coconut oil (melted so that it is pouring consistency)
1/2 cup raisins/dried fruit
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix everything together, except the raisins, in a bowl then put it
into a baking tray. Bake at a low heat, 100 degrees celsius for 10
minutes or at 70 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Take it out of
the oven and let it cool down completely.
Add your raisins/dried fruit.
You can add nuts if you want to it depends on you

burned. So now I add the fruit after
The only compulsory ingredient is oats, all other ingredients are
suggestions, you may add them to your taste and liking.
If you like your muesli very sweet add more honey, if you like it
less sweet add less.
If you want it high in protein increase the nuts and seeds.
Instead of raisins you may use any dried fruit.
