AfriForum to challenge Hlophe’s election to JSC

JOHANNESBURG – AfriForum has approached the Constitutional Court in a bid to have former Western Cape High Court Judge President, John Hlophe, kicked off the Judicial Service Commission.

But as an MP for the MK Party he has been elected to the JSC that elects future judges.
