Cellphone is destroying my child life

I regret the day I bought cellphone for my daughter. Knowing my Child is very bright and always on top of all her classmates, but since I bought her a cellphone she’s not forced anymore. She can’t think on her feed, she fails at school, I tried taking her self phone away but at the end I feel terrible
