WATCH | Women In Film | Power24 international film festival underway in Durban

DURBAN – It’s Women’s Month and here, on eNCA, we continue to highlight remarkable women excelling in their fields. 

Samukele Khumalo-Dludla is a filmmaker from Kwa-Nongoma, KwaZulu Natal, whose film ‘Zipped’ has scooped several awards in the US, Greece and India. 

The film talks about the journey of a young girl living with an unknown illness which affects her ability to reach her educational dreams.

It highlights the love of a mother of a child living with disabilities.

Samukele  Khumalo-Dludla spoke to eNCA.
