Court to hear application to withdraw Cholota charges

BLOEMFONTEIN – Ace Magashule’s former personal assistant Moroadi Cholota wants her corruption charges withdrawn.

Her application will be heard in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein after she was granted bail last week.

She wants the charges to be declared invalid and unconstitutional.

Cholota is also challenging the constitutional validity of her extradition from the United States.

She’s currently out on R2,500 bail.
