WATCH | Hawks on a mission to find CIT gang in Cape Town

KHAYELITSHA – The Hawks are looking for three would-be cash in transit heist members, who were involved in a dramatic shootout with police in Khayelitsha earlier this month, leaving 8 of the suspects dead.

The men were set free on a technicality after they were brought to court unlawfully, outside of the prescribed 48 hours.

The National Prosecuting Authority are understandably not happy with that, and will now request a review of the decision.

Police say the men are extremely dangerous.
