Competition Commission gives African Minerals greenlight to take control of Nkomati Joint Venture

JOHANNESBURG – The Competition Tribunal has given the green light for African Rainbow Minerals Limited to take full control of the Nkomati Joint Venture and its mining rights.

This move means the company will now oversee the entire Nkomati Mine, which has been on standby under care and maintenance.

With this acquisition, African Rainbow Minerals strengthens its foothold in the mining sector, taking charge of a project with significant potential once operational.
