The National Property Practitioners Council is calling on the sector’s regulatory authority to use its transformation fund.

JOHANNESBURG – The National Property Practitioners Council is calling on the sector’s regulatory authority to use its transformation fund.

According to the council, black estate agents are being excluded from marketing properties in gated estates.

This is through the high cost of accreditation and other guises employed by the Homeowners Associations.
