Jub Jub expresses excitement as the state withdrew all 14 charges against him.

“God is the Alpha and Omega and the omnipotent,” the musician wrote on his Instagram account in reaction to the news.

The director of public prosecution has confirmed that there was no case and has decided not to proceed with the prosecution.

Following the director’s decision, all 14 charges, including those related to multiple counts of rape, attempted murder, and assaults, have been withdrawn. This has led to Mr Maarohanye being discharged of all charges, and he is now a free man.

Mr Maarohanye and his legal team have maintained his innocence throughout the case, and the recent decision by the director of public prosecution solidifies their position.
