DURBAN – Judgment has been reserved following Thursday’s proceedings in the latest court battle between the ANC and MK Party.

The ANC is appealing the KwaZulu-Natal High Court’s ruling over the logo dispute.

The ANC wants the MK Party, led by its now-expelled former president Jacob Zuma, to pay costs for using the logo but the court previously ruled in MK Party’s favour, dismissing the matter with costs.
