Makwa says podcast ruined his life

Makwa refuses podcast invite

South African musician Makwa expressed his dislike for podcast.

The music producer made it known that he won’t be accepting invite to be on podcast.

This statement was triggered by a tweep’s request to L-Tido.

“@L_Tido bro please bring on @only1makwa #Ltidopodcast Makwa has alot to say this guy did alot of hit songs and he was gone we need to know,I love his music so much.”

Makwa hurriedly slammed the tweet as he claimed that podcast ruined his life and career.

“Respectfully, I no longer do podcast interviews them things ruined my life. I am where I am today because of them,” he wrote.

However, an X user anatgonised the rapper’s claim.

“Podcasts did nothing, you were jus too comfortable or excited to disclose things you shouldn’t have disclosed… I watched your episode, you said a lot of unnecessary staff. You are where you are because of things you said, not what the podcast did,” the user wrote.
