Homemade Atchaar

Wash your green mangoes

Chop them in bowl

Add 1 handful of coarse/groef salt

Put them in a container with a tight lid for 3 to 7days

After 3-7days, drain the salt water out

Then add your atchaar spice..If you have dry garlic spice, you

can add it too (depending on your choice)

Add Atchaar oil.. (ngikale ngamehlo 750ml bottle yonke)

Stir and close your bucket tightly.

It will take 3-7 days for your atchaar to be ready.
