JOHANNESBURG – Johannesburg Mayor, Dada Morero ruffled feathers.

Morero suggested that the regional executive committee consider the recruitment of properly documented foreign nationals to work for the Johannesburg Metro Police Department.

But he was shot down.

Morero says these comments were made to spark debate.
