BLOEMFONTEIN – Moroadi Cholota’s lawyer says the state has failed in its bid to break her down.
She now is out on bail, after the court ruled that she’s not a flight risk.
Cholota is facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering.
The crimes in question were allegedly committed while she working as former Free State Premier Ace Magashule’s personal assistant.
