Reports emerging from the continent have revealed which club is leading the race for Bafana Bafana star Oswin Appollis.

With widespread interest in his services, a number of clubs have emerged as potential suitors for the 24-year-old. 

As reported by the Siya crew, Esperance, Zamalek, MC Alger and Wydad Casablanca have all expressed an interest in the former SuperSport United man.

But, the latest reports emerging from Algeria has suggested that reigning Algerian Ligue 1 champions, MC Alger are making headway in their pursuit of the player.

Dzairtube have stated that Appollis has reportedly given his blessing for a move to Algeria, as the two clubs now discuss the figures around a potential move.

Appollis was in inspiring form for Rise and Shine last season, scoring four goals and registering six assists in his 29 matches played.

His bright performances saw him included in Hugo Broos’ 2023 AFCON squad that managed to clinch a third-place finish at the tournament.

It now remains to be seen whether the two clubs can reach an agreement over the attacker and whether he can follow in the footsteps of Khanyisa Mayo and Elias Mokwana, all of whom have sealed moves to North Africa in recent times.
