JOHANNESBURG – Is it an ongoing case of broken government promises?

Thousands of people still await housing promised to them since the mid-90s.

Frustrated at inaction by the Ekurhuleni municipality over the issue, they’ve taken their pleas to the Gauteng Premier’s office.
